  This business has a great range of trees, but I think their one year conditional warranty is unreasonable, as these types of plants do not die within a year. I purchased a tree which is not doing well and on two occasions during the warranty period I contacted this business to let them know I could not see evidence of new growth and the foliage is slowly turning brown. After an inspection for which I paid $110 they are not prepared the honour the warranty as according to them the tree is still 'alive'. I called to discuss and an extremely rude staff member accused me of overwatering the tree rather than offering me further advice or a reasonable solution. This is after the maintenance visit in which the water and ph levels were found to be within ideal range and after I stated I had followed all the instructions. I have had a native Australian garden for several years, and all our other plants are doing well. Would not recommend this business based on their extremely unfriendly customer service.
